The Home Team Tees Hard Truth

Since every shirt we produce is made-to-order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges due to issues with sizing (we don’t have a storehouse to keep excess inventory in for exchanges). Before placing your order, please double-check that you’ve selected the correct size. We provide a size chart for every product. If you’re unsure about sizing, simply contact us, and we’d be happy to help you find the best possible fit. If a sizing issue occurs and you didn’t reach out to us beforehand, we unfortunately can’t offer a return or refund. That is, of course, unless there was an error on our end and you received a size that you did not order. If this occurs, we’ll gladly send you the proper size.

All issues must be reported within 30 days. Our ability to assist will be restricted if your order was placed more than 30 days ago and you’re only contacting us now.

A Few Other Important Things to Know

Here is a common situation where refunds can’t be provided:

Returned to Sender
After shipping a large number of shirts, we’ve found that when packages are returned, responsibility typically falls into these categories:

  • Incorrect address entered at checkout (almost always)
  • Courier delivery issues (once in a while)
  • Our error (rarely)

If the mistake was ours, we’ll always cover the cost to reship your order. However, in most cases, the issue comes down to address details, such as a missing house/unit number, an incorrect ZIP/postal code, etc.

The Main Takeaway: Please always double and triple-check that you typed your address in correctly!
