Home Team Tees is an online clothing and apparel brand operating on the Shopify platform. All products sold through our website are made to order using print-on-demand production methods. Because of this, special conditions apply to order processing, shipping, and returns.

All products are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, sizing charts, and pricing are accurate. However, minor errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel or refuse orders affected by incorrect information.
Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and do not include taxes, duties, or customs fees unless explicitly stated.
4. Made-to-Order & Print-on-Demand Acknowledgment
By placing an order with Home Team Tees, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All items are produced specifically for your order
- Production typically begins within 24 hours of purchase
- Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started
This made-to-order process allows us to operate efficiently and sustainably, but it also impacts return and refund eligibility.
5. Orders & Payments (Shopify)
All payments are processed securely through Shopify and its authorized third-party payment providers. We do not store or have direct access to your payment details.
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
- Limit quantities purchased per customer
- Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity
6. Shipping Policy (United States & Canada)
Production Timeline
Production begins within 24 hours of your order being placed.
United States Shipping
When shipping information is entered correctly:
- Orders typically arrive within 4–8 business days
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
Canada Shipping
For Canadian orders:
- Tracking updates may take 7+ business days to appear
- Delivery can take up to 23 additional business days
- Delays are often caused by customs and courier processing beyond our control
Important Shipping Responsibility Notice
Customers are fully responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Missing unit numbers, incorrect postal codes, or incomplete addresses may result in delivery failure.
7. Refund & Return Policy (Made-to-Order Apparel)
No Returns or Exchanges for Sizing
Because all items are made to order:
- Returns or exchanges for sizing issues are not accepted
- We strongly encourage customers to review sizing charts before ordering
- Customers may contact us prior to purchase for sizing assistance
If you experience a sizing issue without contacting us beforehand, we cannot offer a refund or exchange, unless the error was on our end.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If we made an error (wrong size printed, defective item, or incorrect product sent):
- We will replace the item at no cost to you
- Issues must be reported within 30 days of the order date
Returned to Sender Orders
Refunds or reshipments are not guaranteed when packages are returned due to:
- Incorrect address entered at checkout (most common)
- Courier delivery issues (occasionally)
- Our error (rare)
If the issue was caused by our mistake, we will reship the order at our expense. Otherwise, additional shipping costs may apply.
